Lifemark Physiotherapy Tantallon

I have completed about 5 sessions with Lifemark Physiotherapy at the Tantallon location and so glad I found them. I had a rotator cuff injury and within the first couple of sessions Julia had me push from 50% range of motion to close to normal and now I'm back at 100% and working on strengthening. Everyone from the front desk to the the other Physiotherapists are super friendly and the location itself is clean and inviting with lots of parking. Can't recommend them enough.

After injuries from a recent motor vehicle accident, I am very fortunate to have found the amazing team at Lifemark Tantallon. Joy is so friendly and helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable on your visits. Julia is by far one of the best Physiotherapists hands down in the HRM. She carefully listens to what you have to say and then designs a program that tailors your needs and in turn make you feel better. Gabrielle, Lifemark's Occupational Therapist, has been amazing preparing me for my eventual transition back to work. The Team at Lifemark Tantallon is excellent. While Lifemark itself is a larger chain health service provider, the Team in Tantallon really goes above and beyond to provide great care. The front office administrator, Joy, is very friendly and really does her best to find times that are suitable. As a concussion patient, I had the pleasure of working with physiotherapist, Brian Cho. His positive attitude, approach and attentiveness to my rehabilitation path had a remarkable impact on my overall recovery. My sincere thanks to Brian, Joy and the Tantallon Lifemark Team, I highly recommend their services.
