5 stars isn’t enough to describe his level of service let alone his knowledge and extremely efficient and effective abilities to diagnose and repair issues. Within 9 mins of turning the computer on (the computer took 8 mins to start) he knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. It wasn’t a simple fix either. He has earned a life long customer in me.
