I went there this morning with my bent iPhone 11 asking if they could fix it because the bent metal backing made my lock button stick and make the phone sit in "recovery mode" (making it unusable). I was in a rush since I had work in an hour and just needed my phone to function. The lovely woman said she would do her best and warned me of potential risks. She was able to almost fully straighten the phone, released the button, and got my screen to fit back inside properly. She didn't even charge me for it because the lock button didn't work (which I knew it wouldn't) and it should ideally have a new backing put on. Great experience, super helpful... read full review
I came in today to the truro location, the girl there was very very professional, she handled my requests with ease and she was super helpful and she knows what she is doing, i will always come back for any phone repair or service
I had my phone screen replaced for cheaper than what I had been quoted by other repair services. Had very friendly customer service and I am very pleased with the results. I was having issues with cell service afterward. I brought my phone back and they discovered a wire was loose and fixed it quickly free of charge. Very pleased
