I have been a massage therapy client at Legge Health for over a year with Sara Blair Cutten. I can't say enough positives about her knowledge and keen attention to detail. As an ultra runner, I have given her decent challenges to resolve and trouble shoot. I have learned a lot about not only what is the problem, but why and some potential training resolutions to try.
