Cody in service was great, found the problem quickly and later when the part came in it was scheduled to be installed the next day. He is conciencous and friendly.Domininic and Rebecca in the office were both efficient and pleasant to deal with on the phone.

The whole experience dealing with Conroy Refrigeration was excellent. From Dale who determined what the appropriate system and sizing required for my house, to the installation team (Brandon, Colton & Matt). The Conroy Team were a pleasure to deal with, they couldn't have been nicer, more professional and friendlier. It was a pleasure having them in our home. Installation looks awesome and very clean. The job was completed on schedule and budget. It's nice when a company arrives on schedule and completes the job on time. I would certainly recommend Conroy Refrigeration to anyone looking to have heat pumps installed.Service: Heating system installation

After 2 winters with our 12,000BTU aurora unit, I'm more than satisfied. It completely changed our house. The remote control unit is excellent quality. It eliminated the mold problem I had upstairs, no more frozen pipes. likely because of the circulation and lack of temperature extremes (was relying on wood before). We still use wood for the deep freeze when it gets below -20c but this small unit has been a life saver. The only regret I have is the contractor talking me out of a 18,000 BTU unit because of "short cycling". if you live in an old house, it might be worth going from 12k BTUs up to 15 or 18k BTUs.
