I was scared going in but that didn't last long. Shelley made me feel comfortable and she was very informed and walked me through it all. Then Mary Ann came in and confirmed it all with me. They was a mistake made when Mary Ann came in and I said no that isn't correct Shelly told me for 9 months not 24. But that was corrected quickly and she apologized . Both ladies were great and made me feel at ease. I would recommend them to anyone when I left I felt a 50 pound weight was lifted off my shoulders. MA Buchanan

MNP helped me to keep my home, and get back on my feet again. Starting over is difficult enough without the financial pressures that come with such a change.
