I was traveling from out of town and forgot a piece of my tubing. I called Family 1st Medical and described what I was looking for and the lady at reception had it ready for me the moment I walked in. I was blown away at their amazing level of customer service. They also answered their phone on the first ring!!! Many thanks!!!
