When I got my nails done here, the guy who was doing them was very aggressive As he was doing my nails, I don’t know if he was having a bad day but even if so, don’t take it out on your customers, because shortly after I left the next day, I saw small bruises on my hand because of how rough he was treating my hand, Also, my nails were kind of crooked. I paid $102 for nails that weren’t even that long to begin with When I was talking to somebody about it, they told me I got ripped off

This was my second visit. On the first visit, I received a mani-pedi. Gel French, regular polish on toes. It was an acceptable first visit. One that I would have given a good rating. My second visit was not good. I made the appointment so that I could have the French gel removed, because picking it off wreaks havoc on the nail bed. The tech used a small grinder to remove the gel/French a d used the grinder on my toe nails I stead of remover. I asked that a clear coat relece the French and the red toes. Problem: terrible manicure. One coat of clear polish, no time spent on calluses. Terribly cuticle treatment. To the point that it is Sunday today and my nails... read full review

Requested style: I was a walk in appointment. I have just moved back home after abroad. I have soft gel on my nails and asked reception if it was possible to have a manicure( with the soft gel) and normal pedicure. Pedicure was fine, even though my cuticles were cut without being asked (I wasn’t aware this was standard in Canada and would have rather not had them done)- anyway, fine. Pedicure done. I was waiting for my manicure and noticed others coming in and being taken for their manicure. I asked reception how long it would be. She apologized and said she would check (she was lovely).
