“I was on a road Trip, and my hair was so long with split ends and dirty as well. I was going to the Walmart next to the salon for provisions and I swung by without having any hopes of someone available. But there she was! Waiting for a later appointment. She took me in, and had very good recommendations of what to do with my hair. Super nice lady, and did a great job! Very budget friendly! I'm super happy with my new hair. :)“

“I love the vibe of Almas Salon. This was my second visit for a haircut. During my first visit, I had Courtney, who did an amazing job. She was considerate, caring, and provided exceptional service. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and she clearly knew what she was doing.

Unfortunately, my second visit with Cassandra didn't meet the same standards. When she asked if I'd like to wash my hair before the haircut, I declined, assuming it might cost less. However, I was charged the same price as my previous visit, which included washing, cutting, and heat protected styling along with serums and hair care product recommendations.
This lack of communication in the second visit was disappointing.

Moreover, Cassandra did not ask my permission before straightening my hair with a flat iron. I have long hair and despite me mentioning that I never straighten my hair without heat protectant, she proceeded without using any, which was concerning. She seemed to be in a hurry to leave for the weekend, and the overall experience felt rushed and impersonal.

On the positive side, I called the salon back and consulted Alma expressing my concern and that I was not satisfied with the haircut and overall experience to which she promptly responded and booked me in for another service with Courtney to get my hair fixed free of additional charge. Thank you, Alma for your exceptional customer service and care. You are truly a sweetheart.
