Had issues with my septic pump and had to get it emptied soonest because I had a plumber booked. The first 3 companies I contacted were too busy so I looked up Prospect Septic Services and could book online and they were available the next day to my surprise. They kept me informed of their wareabouts and showed up promptly after their last call. The gentlemen that came over was jovial and very professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that my covers where set back in place and we struggled to get them on but he never lost his good sense of humour. I had my septic tank pumped out yesterday … I’ve been using this company for more than 15 years now. They are always professional and I feel confident this family owed business actually cares. Just had a follow call from them… truthfully who does that now a days … I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
