They are absolutely wonderful! I recently got my eye exam and selected a beautiful set of frames from them. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I was able to book my eye exam within the same week of my inquiry. The staff was incredibly helpful in selecting frames that fit perfectly and wouldn't slide off my face, as well as choosing the right lenses that enhance both my computer work and night driving.

HUGE thank you to both the receptionist and optometrist today. I unfortunately got 99% rubbing alcohol splashed in my eye last night& it was still sore and extremely red this morning. Unfortunately Twin oaks emergency room was closed so I gave a call down to Eastern Shore Optical to see if they could offer any advice/ check out my eye. Debra gave me a call back once the optometrist arrived and let me know I wouldn't have to go to the ER, flushing the eye again& saline eyedrops should make it feel better. I am so grateful for the reassurance they gave me, as I thought for sure I was going to go blind. Am happy to report... read full review

I was recommended to go here from a family member and had a great experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful and I love that I can get my eye exams locally instead of going into town. A bonus is that the eye exam was cheaper than the place I went to in town! Highly recommend!
