This place is a SCAM. They told me $50 would get me physical and electronic photos for immigration, so I paid. I got the physical photos, but later got an email where I had to pay $50 MORE for electronic photos. I tried to call/email/online form to this store and corporate headquarters. NOBODY ever answered the phone (after multiple calls) - you must leave a message, and nobody called me back. After all that, the photos were the WRONG SIZE, so totally unusable.

Asked what the latest appointment would be, I was told 5:10 and scheduled an appointment at 5:00pm. Felt very rushed, very unprofessional, photos turned out awful. Was told 20 mins into the 30 minute session that she had to “run” in a couple minutes otherwise she would be accused of staying overtime. If it was going to be rushed, I should’ve been told 4:30 at the latest. Photos turned out awful. We had them done last year and they were amazing! Very disappointed this time

When I went to Walmart to get my passport photos done, they couldn’t due to a broken camera, thankfully photos unlimited was there to take care of me and my photo photography needs, the staff was wonderful to deal with, more than worth the price of admission!
