Although I filed with the Greenwood location, my return has been sent to New minas for review. I dropped off February 28th, it's now March 8th and nothing. I've called plenty of times and keep getting told a date it will be done and it keeps getting pushed. At this point I could have filed myself, gotten my return and not have had to pay to do it. Not Impressed, won't be filing through h&r again.

1. Same day payments only possible with an appointment.They are booked months back in MAY?So do not go here if you want your money today. They also did not offer to make any appointments for me...and when I asked they said they were heavily over booked. So that advertised money return is NOT being offered pretty much.2. Asking me to fill out my own tax documents and forums and drop them off so they can double check and then mail them...defeats the purpose of the service.Might as well use turbo tax for free.This edit comes after being alerted by a friend who decided to use the service when I did not.He got his return, it's September...I posted this review over three months...read full review

I usually go through H&R Block when in a pinch, and they respond with the most timely respectful manner in this branch.The agents are a delight , and the receptionist is very helpful and sweet.I highly recommend this business if you ever have trouble doing taxes!
