Very Friendly staff only issue I had is it wasn't very private was in a room with 2 other people while doing my assessment very uncomfortable having others watch as you try and do their exercises
ReviewI had an excellent experience at Lifemark. When I checked in (Sara I believe) was very friendly and helpful. The location and appt times fit my schedule perfectly. Then I met my assigned Physiotherapist Darcy McSorley. He is exceptional, from his caring, kind personality to his thoroughness and knowledge. I am truly grateful for his accuracy and expertise!Thank you!
I have had 2 occasions where I've been referred to Lifemark. In both cases I was in extreme pain. The first time Darcy McSorley patiently worked with me through a pinched nerve in my shoulder. It took about 3-4 months but finally the exercises started to work.Late October, 2022 I arrived back with a torn knee miniscus. Jack Chiasson was my physiotherapist this time, and again I was treated with utmost patience and kindness. At one point I thought I'd never be able to put weight on my leg again, but again, faithfully following the exercise regime set out for me, I'm now back to a regular routine.
