“Our Aussies Gus and Juni have been going for almost two years now. They love it. Gus even has a favourite staff member who he greets like family. I thought I would NEVER board my dogs but we felt comfortable doing so at the dog company since the employees there go above and beyond for our pups at daycare during the day and our guys were able to stay in a little suite together instead of in a crate apart which would be been out of their routine! “Have been taking my Service Dog for the past three years. Prior to COVID-19 Pandemic and still to this day. I was always present during the grooming and enjoyed great conversations. The grooming was always absolute perfection. Then Covid-19 literally quashed our lives in every aspect of being. Lockdowns, Isolations, losses not ever experienced since 1918. The 1918 influenza pandemic, commonly referred to as the Spanish Flu, was the most severe and deadliest pandemic of the 20th century. This pandemic was caused by a novel strand of the H1N1 virus that had avian origins. It is estimated that approximately one third of the world’s population (at that time) became infected with the virus.100 YEARS.To ALL those who have posted NEGATIVE reviews within the past TWO YEARS, Shame on YOU!! When "lockdown" eased and businesses could slowly open a door but ONLY under restrictions, it was full of such extreme challenges. Let that sink in. My Service Dog has been groomed when appointments were available after lockdown/closures and I had NO concerns as to the professionalism, quality, reliability or value.when dropping off my Service Dog for her appointments.“

“I didn't catch the employees name, but I came in June 13 at around 11-11:30 am. They were short-staffed and there was only one employee working both cash and pet care and he was so kind and apologetic for the 'inconvenience.' I really hope he receives as much kindness as he gives! Great staff“
