“Came to Susan after a bad experience at another salon, that damaged my nails and was an unhygienic environment. She took me in last minute and made time for me despite her busy schedule.It was the first time I experienced such care and expertise getting my nails done. I was so pleased.Went again last week, and I had a very lovely, however, newer nail tech, and they are chipping in under a week. I understand everyone needs to learn. “My sister and I went today. The two working were polite and friendly. Their English wasn't great which is why I think a lot of people find them rude. They were not to us. We spoke slower and asked them to repeat when we didn't understand. They were thorough and did a great job. The salon was clean and quiet. It was a nice relaxing experience.“
