Norma was exact on his quote; detailed, complete & professional. He explained everything, ....was not pushy,... but answered all my questions. Came to house several times to check when we would be ready to do job ( ...several family members had health issues). Fast and friendly crew who were efficient, friendly, and quick with the job. They cleaned up really well ( not like a previous roofer). Highly recommend Hatchers Roofing

Our roof was overdue to be replaced and Hatchers was recommended by a few neighbors who had their roofs replaced by them. Norms estimate was quite a bit lower then others I had and Norm offered to stop by and patch up a small leak, free of charge while we were waiting to get the job done as they were booking a couple of months ahead . When a new small leak showed up in a different area of the roof they moved our job ahead and did the job in a day! We were away when it was done and everything was cleaned and looking amazing when we got home. Quick responses, very professional but also easy to talk to. They were the only company that gave us a detailed estimate, going through all the costs and did more than just a quick glance, so we knew we'd be using them. We got a new roof a couple months later for a decent price and they were fast, friendly and did a good job. Highly recommend.
