“I booked an appointment for my daughter and left my phone number and email. Showed up for the appointment and was told by the stylist she was running at least 45 minutes behind. No one bothered to call me to advise of the schedule change . I understand things can happen but a courtesy phone call would've been nice instead of going to the salon and getting told when I arrived. This experience guarantees I won't return.“
