Brady was absolutely wonderful. He earned our total trust. He suggested to use a camera to diagnose the cause of a little water back up. And he was right on. We found the unexpected slope backwards near the water main, which will not be “solved“ by simply using an auger as what people would normally do. We thank him very much!
Instead he spotted on a different problem that we were not aware of. He is knowledgeable and professional, and he has sharp eyes for details and fine workmanship.
