So friendly! We ran out of furnace oil overnight, they were able to fill it up same day and even left Werther's candies for us! Great experience, we'll be switching to Cozy for our oil deliveries!

Price updated daily on the website. Great customer service. I hadn't realized how low my tank was before the last snow storm. They informed me that they couldn't deliver until the following week, when she asked how low my tank was and I said almost empty... She put me on hold came back to say somebody would deliver the next day. They are great!

Was dealing with big companies before, really frustrating that you have to negotiate a price with the “big boys” With Cozy, pricing is upfront, clear, and more than fair.Cozy has never been late with a delivery and never been later than next day delivery.Awesome, service, good people.
