I like to support local. Payzants is my go to for hardware, lumber etc. All trips have been pleasant with excellent customer service, except for one visit 2 years ago. on a Saturday morning I took a list of materials required to replace my deck. The gentleman on the contracting desk was less than friendly, unpleasant would be more descriptive of his demeanor. I left the list along with all my contact information , and asked to be contacted when a price was determined. Two weeks go by, nothing heard from him. Needless to say, I reached out to a friend at Kent's , I have a price ttaht day, materials were in my yard 2 days later. their loss on a 5000.00 sale.

Excellent Customer Service Awesome Location and Great Selection... Beautiful Clean Store with Great Prices!!! The store has everything you need for construction 🏗️ gardening or other household or commercial items. Best of all it's 100% Canadian 🙂 Stop by you won't be disappointed 👍👍

We went to Payzants this morning to purchase a new washer. Ed from the appliance department was excellent to deal with, he definitely knew alot about the products. He had excellent customer service and wasn't pushy at all. Overall great experience.
