Payzant’s Lower Sackville has always been a staple for building materials. You notice how you’re greeted and communicated with inside and outside in the lumber yard. Attrition seems to be low, there’s a lot of people working there that had been with the company a very long time! This speaks to management and their effectiveness. Love this company and the drive through, partially covered lumber yard!

I like to support local. Payzants is my go to for hardware, lumber etc. All trips have been pleasant with excellent customer service, except for one visit 2 years ago. on a Saturday morning I took a list of materials required to replace my deck. The gentleman on the contracting desk was less than friendly, unpleasant would be more descriptive of his demeanor. I left the list along with all my contact information , and asked to be contacted when a price was determined. Two weeks go by, nothing heard from him. Needless to say, I reached out to a friend at Kent's , I have a price ttaht day, materials were in my yard 2 days later. their loss on a 5000.00 sale.
