I had planned to steam my own outfit but the day before realized I wouldn’t have the time and maybe I should seek a professional. I called Olympic and explained what I needed and that I was getting married the following day . She was more than happy to help and said to come down. I dropped off my outfit and it was beautifully steamed and ready for pick up ..the SAME day! I can’t say enough about the customer service and quality of work. Not only did I have exceptional service but this beautiful couple (owners) were absolutely wonderful. So kind and generous. “The year 2018, the month October, the day I can't remember. At my sister's wedding when a groomsmen had to step down, I was asked to step up and join the wedding party as a groomsmen. This put the entire wedding in jeopardy as there would be a mismatch between groomsmen and bridesmaids.Naturally, I accepted this role like a hero, personally saving the wedding.Anyway, I got like super drunk and was asked to take the wedding cake back up to the hotel room. Really went to town on that cake, and got a bunch of frosting over my suit jacket.Fast forward 5 years and I need to wear that suit again. The cake was literally caked on.Janice's Tailoring and Drycleaning was able to get the stain out quickly, and suit looks brand new! Highly recommend!“

“I recently used Don Schelew Dry Cleaners and I was VERY impressed!The person I chatted with through Facebook messenger was quick to respond, and VERY helpful!I reached out to see if they were still operating out of the Barrington Street Superstore. They are not, but, offered to pick up and drop off items either at my home or work, the next day! I thought that this service was incredible!I was shocked with the reasonable pricing as well.When they noticed a spot on one of my items, they did some work to it but, they didn't want to do more incase they damaged it. They were very upfront with me on this and were not even going to charge me for the item.I was very impressed from start to finish with this interaction! I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services!“

“I dropped off two blazers. Ivory Blazer had some stains and requested to remove them if they can. One Navy Blazer had some foods and dirt, but no stains and requested to clean them.I went to pick it up and looked like it was never even cleaned. Stains still on the jacket and foods and dirt still on the jackets.The employee called asked the people who cleans them and said that it was cleaned and I still have to pay. I am attaching the photos to prove that it was not cleaned at all. I left my jackets and asked to talk to the owner. The employee told me that the owner will take a look at it tomorrow morning. I will update after tomorrow for this review, but for now this place is terrible place to take your clothing to clean. Not reliable or honest in my opinion.UPDATES: The owner called and apologized. I appreciate this. Also the company did not see the form that was attached giving permission to do wet clean. They will re-send to give a good wet clean to help remove stains and spots. Changing to Three star for now.New Updates: As the owner promised after the phone conversation, jacket came back very clean. I am very happy.Service: Cleaning“
