I applied for a loan this evening and something happened that I didn't get it. The young man Jesse who was looking after me was more then helpful and patient with the whole process. He tried his best to get the application working. He called his I will call it "help line " they couldn't figure it out. So my husband applied and it went right through no problem. I felt bad for Jesse. He was trying his best to help me. He was very friendly and kept smiling through it all. Thank you so much Jesse for your help and for your time.
