This review is in regards to an online customer service experience with Jen, who works at the Lower Sackville Cash Money. While my business was not specifically with that store, Jen was able to answer my email and provide all of the information I needed in a timely and precise fashion. I found the entire experience professional and pleasant!
WOW I'm mind blown I have had alot of dealings myself with customers where I use to be a department manager with 2 big franchises and I fully understand the importance of a great customer experience, I received a phone call lastnight once again I say I received the call, I answered and it was Justin from cash money and he took a very stressful situation I was facing and totally turned it into a positive making me feel absolutely great after our conversation he told me to call back today and we will iron out the details so I did but where I work shift work and I came off shift this morning I fell asleep when I woke and made the call I had just missed him for the day OH...read full review
