Had Tibbetts over this morning to fix a light switch and install some thermostats. Discovered a water leak which had made its way through the house. The two Tibbetts employees went out of their way to try to find the source—and eventually found it in an unlikely place under a heat pump header (plugged drain). We might never have discovered the source. These two guys went out of their way and went the extra mile to help us. Can't thank them enough. They saved us money and grief. They should be given some sort of medal. Our sincere thanks!

Tibbetts has always done efficient & professional work for me. Mark has installed ceiling fans and was able to get a very difficult light bulb into an over-the-stove microwave. That was excellent because two other professionals tried to do it unsuccessfully (it was a very finnicky socket!) I've never had to wait too long for an appointment. Highly recommend.
