I hired Linney Landscaping in 2020 to regrade the soil along the front of my house. Their first efforts were abysmal - I had to take multiple photos to show them the deficiencies in their work to get them to come back and rectify their mistakes. For example, they tried to tell me that there was no sil where the soil had piled up (that there was concrete foundation rather than wood framing under the siding). I had to physically pry the siding away from my home and take photos to prove that they were wrong. Even so, they did not regrade the land properly, which led to the exact same issue happening again.

I needed some excavation for a water break at a rental property, Linney went out of their way to prioritize my emergency and saved me money at the same time. We had a few complications, and they all got sorted out quickly and without issue.Chuck is a really good dude and you are in good hands with these guys, they do a lot more than simple landscape work too. If you're a landlord, save their number.

Google keeps prompting me to review Linney landscaping but I can't because I have contacted them twice via their website over the past six months and haven't received a reply. I'm sure they're a fine company but I have no context with which to confirm this.
