“I have had nothing but good experiences here with Jennalee. It was my first time doing laser hair removal and I was pretty scared as I’ve heard it is super painful. The machine they use is extremely gentle and it isn’t painful at all. Jennalee is personable, friendly, and professional, and I always have a good time when I’m there. She also does my brows and shapes them better than anyone else I’ve been to! 10/10 would recommend Cresthaven laser!“

“It was my first experience at Uptown. The environment was very welcoming and staff were very friendly. I must say though $138 for a mani-pedi that took over 3 hours to dry is insane. My mani-pedi looks horrendous and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. The young lady did not allow each coat to completely dry before adding another coat which is why my nails did not dry properly. My toe nails are also not completely painted. The website also states the mani-pedi combo is $100 plus tax so I’m unsure why I was charged $138. I got regular polish and asked for a regular mani-pedi nothing special. All in all I will not be returning, I usually do my own nails and once a year treat myself. You can get a better mani-pedi for half the price in Clayton Park or for that price go to a higher end salon. I’ve been to places that serve you alcohol while you’re being pampered and the price was about the same for a much better experience.The owner reached out and refunded me right away, she also offered to rebook me and redo my mani pedi for free however, I have not had the chance to make it in yet to receive the service. Will update once I make it in!“
