Kate and Nicole were excellent! They helped me choose the right products for my sensitive skin! They were very pleasant to deal with and gave me tips on how to use the productsI absolutely love the eye cream the face cream and most of their products!!!

I love the products. I do not love the prices..I went to get the shea body cream it had jumped $12.00 in price and was 5ogm less in the tub.Guess it's off to the Body Shop for me.Their product is good but now only exclusive people can afford it. Way to weed out the middle class L' Occitaine.I have been twice to this location. The first time I was told to use youth oil on my lips and eyes, as there were lines ( I am 60 not shocking)..the second time it said back in 20 minutes. I waited 40 and gave up. Decided online would be better. Then I discovered the price hike. Done and done.

I love L'Occitane and their products, but every time I go in this particular store, I am always faced with uncaring staff who are constantly complaining to or bickering with each other. They also never greet customers, and they won't rush to your assistance even if you're standing right in front of them. This made shopping experiences unpleasant.
