Made an appointment with the team at Key due to issues I was having with my neck and my knees. They took me in without a doctor’s referral. I had gone through many massage therapy sessions, seen an Osteo and a previous physiotherapist and had no success. Words can’t describe how well the owner Mark look after me along with the other members of the team Christine, Ryan and Kayleigh. They were always so accommodating, friendly, positive and determined to find solutions. Mark from Key Physio is fantastic and has helped with my migraine/neck tension and also has treated a strained ankle! He is excellent to refer out when needed and has great reccos on gear (i.e. running shoes). He was very thorough in our initial assesment and is extremely knowledgable with decades of industry experience.
The booking staff are also extremely friendly, and there is an adorable, very well behaved dog in their office that offers friendly visits if wanted to visitors.

Best. Better than any modality I have been treated with over several years. Because, it is working! Combination of shock wave and laser therapy recommended and administered by Mark. And, he has gone above and beyond to make sure he is helping me. He and Kayleigh, at the front desk, very helpful. Good people. You won't be disappointed, highly recommend you try them.
