Jada and the other staff members at J. Albert Walker met all of our needs. They helped make a difficult process seamless. Jada was compassionate and helpful. We are very glad we chose this funeral home and would recommend them to anyone.
Erin, Jada, and Katie went beyond our expectations in our time of need during the recent loss of our beloved Mother. Erin and Jada provided professionalism, support and assisted our family with every aspect of the process ensuring that no small details would fall to the wayside. Our funeral plans had to be made from out of province. Erin and Jada ensured that the process was seamless. Their attention to detail is superior. Our family was amazed when Erin stood in the middle of the Herring Cove road to stop the traffic so that the funeral procession could proceed.Erin and Jada introduced us to Katie who officiated the service. The staff at this location are like a part of our family. They have been with us through the worst year of our lives and have done anything they can to help us through it. they are accommodating, professional, and efficient all while they continue to maintain respect for your family member.
