Called for a home visit for an issue with PC .... had quite an adventure diagnosing and finally fixing the issue. Took half the day and quite pleased with the result. Saved us from having to replace or rebuild so very satisfied. Will definitely be a repeat customer for anymore issues.
My PC was having hardware problems, he knew exactly what parts I needed to get it working again and installed them. He shows you exactly what he's doing too, doesn't just take your computer for an indeterminant amount of time where you can't see what's going on.
Very honest and open about my computer problems. Helped identify that my PC had died, explained what needed to be fixed and was very thorough. Dude is great, just a little abrupt, but like "time is money" so I had no problems.
