EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have had several Phone repairs & a laptop repaired at this small business. The owner & his employees are very friendly and customer service oriented. All my issues were solved quickly, usually within a few hours or a day! Sometimes they were solved while i waited! They are conveniently located in halifax off of oxford st and în Bedford on Bedford highway.. Both places were exceptional.
Recently had a screen replaced on my iPad in the Caribbean. The iPad has never worked correctly since. Yesterday I called device zone as it had deteriorated to the point I could not use it. Within 90 minutes the iPad had been correctly trouble shooted and repaired with a new screen. It is working perfectly. Fair pricing of an iPhone 12 Pro screen repair. Even tossed in a screen protector for free. The repair was done in thirty minutes, fast and efficient. The owner has been in business for some years, presumeably from the same almost hidden location (just follow the sign and arrows from the street) but he is very professional, helpful and service oriented. Highly recommended.
