Very grateful for their help. I was travelling from Ontario to the Cabot Trail and found that my breaks was not in good shape, they helped me to get it fixed in a matter of few hours.
They are always great, very fast and they provide great care. Usually they can do all the work in one day and still have a great price! They have a drop box for your keys by the door, allowing you to drop off your car the night before.
I've gone to Craig's Garage many times and am always happy with the service they provide. They have saved me lots of money by being upfront about what some issues are with the car and telling me if it's worth fixing.
Extraordinary service. I had a car emergency and Mike helped me over the phone, explaining that I can bring it in that morning for them to take a look and try to fix it, but that if it’s a big fix I would have to schedule an appointment a week out. They called me that afternoon with a quick fix, with a decent explanation of what it was in layman’s terms, how it could have happened, and the minimum needed to use my car again. Repair was done within the day. I was lucky and this is for sure not always the case but I was very impressed with their ability to help and explain things simply. Would recommend.
