Extremely pleased with the service. Had the zipper replaced in a favourite daily use backpack. Started the work myself: found out how difficult the task would be - many layers of stitches, two material layers (plus zipper), and taped over finish. All this in a relatively small space. Got half the zipper off, then handed the job over to Chung's, who quoted a price near half the pack's original price & varying methods of finish. Returned days later to a better than new backpack. Was told the work took much longer than anticipated, and on inspection found fully restored finish. The most detailed work was done even thought it took extra time. I was so pleased, I gladly handed over a bonus for work that would be more complex than replacing a jacket zipper. Been returning ever since for simple pant hemming. Do note: Chung's Custom Tailoring is in an old wooden building with staircase entrance, accessibility could be a problem.
