I recently had the opportunity to visit and I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the waiting time was minimal.
I did encounter some difficulties when filling out the questionnaire form, but the staff were exceptionally helpful. They guided me through the process with patience and kindness, ensuring that everything was completed correctly.

Where else can you save someone's life in under an hour! Staff are professional and friendly, the snacks are delicious, and the location is convenient. Bring your own water bottle
Had my first donation done ✔️ absolutely fantastic service by the team. Wendy did a great job to accommodate me as a first-timer. The Give Blood Mobile App is a great place to book your blood or manage your personal history. It's also recommended to fill in the questions in the app and scan the Qpass for easy access on the day of donation. There are lots of snacks to keep you hydrated.
