I bought 3 computers for my kids from Best Buy, and the experience was fantastic! Helpful staff, fast service, and a great selection. My second best place to go when I need tech. Thanks :)

I've been a patron here for several years. I like the selection, but what really brings me back is the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Whether I'm trying to decide on which product to get, or returning something, they are always very keen to assist me

?Missing Unit Number?if you asked me to provide my unit number at store and forgot to add it on my address why would you even ask? I have to negotiate with the delivery guy ,this problem could be solved much simpler by using the app(and app won’t forget about to add my unit number)Also I couldn’t even track my order online at Best Buy app while I paid at store and got the order number and track number there.
