I had a very disappointing experience at here . I booked an appointment for 9:30 AM and arrived on time, but I ended up waiting for half an hour. To make matters worse, the barber wasn't even there when I arrived. The staff informed me that the next available appointment wasn't until 11:30 AM. This level of unprofessionalism and poor scheduling is unacceptable. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.“
