Kim helped me buy and set up a new cellphone and was extremely helpful and kind. If I were just rating my experience with her, I’d easily give a 5/5. Other employees who checked in with us seemed a lot more interested in me leaving the store than taking the time to help figure out the issues we were having setting up the phone.

I came into the store to buy a computer.Let an associate know and directed me to wait by the laptop section.That was 25 minutes ago where I have watched many others enter the store and leave and I have yet to be interacted with again .I know the product I want and just want to pay and leave .This is a far cry from the last time I used this service:I am incredibly disappointed especially when I have been using Apple for years .

I am not a fan of Apple Products I have to be honest, but one thing they do right is their support. Everytime I have a Genius appointment the associate i deal with is friendly and helpful. The genius bar is such a great idea and the ability to make appointments online is excellent.
