Best gym in Cape Breton. Isn’t the biggest gym but it has all the best equipment. Cleanest gym i’ve ever been in with a owner that actually cares about his business. Has a girls section, ab room, tanning, a HUGE STUDIO with boxing bags in there, a jacobs ladder which most gyms don’t have and a ton of other great services. Worth a drive over to Glace Bay!

This gym has everything u need for fitness, very helpful staff and gym is kept very clean and organized, have been going their for the past 16 years. Very good deals on memberships also
