“My granddaughter had a great day today, staff were very friendly &knowledgeable. She was quite impressed that she was able to get her hair cut exactly as she explained. She wanted her naturally wavy hair thinned out and wanted layers, and can still wear it traightened, or curly. She also enjoyed having her makeup applied, it was a great experience for her. No one bothered to call me to advise of the schedule change . I understand things can happen but a courtesy phone call would've been nice instead of going to the salon and getting told when I arrived. This experience guarantees I won't return.“
