If anyone find themselves needing to replace a roof, we just had ours done. We got three quotes and our decision was made on a couple of things, one was cost of course and the other was response/customer service. We went with Exact Roofing from Eastern Passage. Not only, were they the least expensive but they were also the company that came in person and got up on our roof to see what we needed and how bad of shape it was in. All my other quotes were done over the phone and via email based on the square footage of our home.
