We had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew Thompson! He was very accommodating, helpful and offered us many choices! Olbin did our installation and he was wonderful and did a spectacular job on the installation, including clean up when he was finished! We'd recommend Taylor Flooring to anyone looking for flooring needs! Staff and service is 100%!
Last week, I had an urgent situation in that a wall to wall carpet had to be installed in a matter of days. I called Taylor Flooring and I can't say enough about how well I was served by Andy Thompson. The following is my expression of thanks which I sent to him: 'Thank you very much for your quick and efficient service in getting the carpet installed in my situation. I went to Taylor flooring to potentially find some flooring and I was helped by Andy. I can’t say enough. He was so helpful and took his time to understand and find us the right flooring and tile for our home. He truly provided five star service I would absolutely recommend Taylor’s but make sure you ask for Andy !!!
