RDMD operate out of PEI also. That is where they helped me solve a problem other's would not. I had to relocate an outdoor unit, and also relocate in indoor heat pump head. They had not installed these units. That was done by someone else in the past. Other companies I called said they would not do it. RDMD were doing an install on my neighbors house. I asked the technicians if they could do it, and soon I was in touch with the rep. Soon after that it was done. I am picky and a technician also, and was watching most of the work get done and helping as much as I could. I could not be more happy, and they are now my go-to HVAC guys. Paul

We had RDMD install a heatpump in our home today. Very prompt, arrived at booked time, professional, and were absolutely spotless inside and out, even to washing siding after they were done.

Installation of the two heat pumps was professional and both workers had the utmost respect for our home. They came when they said they would and placed the units where we requested,
We had a slight issue with one unit 9months after installation, they dealt with it right away.
This type of service is rare into day’s market.
