Just pulled in to get advice on getting my hitch off my truck that had a master lock - key was long gone. 8 mins and a very fair deal later my headache was gone with the hitch lol. Thank you to Nathan and Brandon, you guys are awesome and gave excellent service smiling the whole time.

Made an appointment, was greeted by friendly professional staff, who cut and programmed my OEM Honda refurbished key I bought online from the US without any issues and within 15 minutes! I was thoroughly impressed at how efficient they were! I highly recommend these guys for their fair pricing, good customer service, good email communication, and quick turn around!

One of my car key transponders was not recognized by the vehicle and unable to start the car. The next dealer appointment available was 4 weeks away. As a result, I drove to Pop-a-locks location where Caylie(?) greeted me at the reception desk, listened to the concern and promptly looked after my needs. She reprogrammed my key and verified my remote starter FOBs. Caylie earned all of my future locksmithing needs. The cost was much less than I expected to pay at a dealership, the service was complete within minutes.
