I purchased a car that only had one smart key and I wanted a second one as a spare and the dealer price was extremely high. So I searched and found Pop A Lock and they saved me over $200 as compared to the dealer. I live almost 3 hours away from Dartmouth were they are located so I booked an appointment on a day and time with Carlye for when I was heading to Halifax airport for a business trip. Carlye and Kyle were able to configure the fob but an error message was appearing on the dashboard. They were unable to clear the error and I had to leave to catch my flight. While I was away on my trip Carlye was able to get a new fob and contacted me and when I returned to Halifax on the Sunday Kyle arranged to meet me on my way from the airport to my home so I didn't have to go out of my way. Kyle was then able to configure the new fob and cleared the error message while I waited. Both Carlye and Kyle went above and beyond in their efforts to resolve the issue and make it work perfectly.
