I was ghosted by a plumber who was midway through work and on his advice ripped out drywall so lines could be replaced to bring me up to code. 10 days without water :(. Called Parker Plumbing and Heating on the advice of a neighbor and they were there within an hour. Replaced the lines, clips and were affordable. The guys who did the work were super nice, supportive and respectful. So grateful to the company!! Would highly recommend them!
My ancient oil-fired furnace sprung a bad leak yesterday, so I called around and Parker Plumbing were the first company that picked up the phone. It was lucky, because they had a new electric hot water heater installed and operational within 24 hours. They were fantastic to deal with on the phone and in person, and they got me all fixed up very promptly. They're saved in my phone now and I will definitely call them for any future issues!
Just wanted to thank your company for the incredible service to fix a leak in a zone return pipe. Your technician (Josh) arrived a half day earlier than expected, was very courteous, professional and patient with a curious senior. His knowledge and skill were very apparent, and in a couple of hours my problem was past tense, without having to drain the furnace or light a torch for solder. He made a challenging repair (pipe was making a 90 out of a wall & cleated to a wooden beam) look simple.
Again thank you for clearing a major problem, which would have only gotten worse!
