I'm not happy with the purchase of my Haworth Zody chair. It clicks and squeaks all the time which is unacceptable for a premium product. I wish there was an option to return this chair and get a refund.
Having said that, the service provided by Office Interiors is very good trying to help and resolve this issue with the manufacturer. Pooja is especially helpful, very responsive, and trying her best to assist.

Jonah has been extremely responsive and helpful with selecting a chair configuration and provided requested quotes quickly. Much better than service I received at a local competitor down the road. Highly recommend.

Beyond impressed with the service we received this week! I issued a service call for the printer my business leases and within an hour a service person arrived. She cleaned and diagnosed the problems and was back two days later with the necessary replacement parts. Thank you so much for such prompt and helpful service!
