“Thank you for knowing what service means. I went to the Superstore on Portland, who supposedly have 24 hour service, and had to go through self service. After 10:45 pm each night they close down their cashiers and use the self serve only. I think it shows great compassion for your customers who don't all want to do a self serve option. As well, you continue to have your self serve accept cash, whereas the Stupidstore accepts cards only. EXCEPT after 10:45 pm where you can use their self serve, but have to total off and then go to customer service to pay and they will release the purchase.
