I went today with a group of friends and did the thermal circuit. We had a fantastic time. We all enjoyed it even more than we thought we would. We will definitely be back. The staff was super friendly.The salt scrub was amazing. It was Great to spend a couple hours, relaxing with friends

This is my 3rd time going to Nature Folk for the thermal circuit and I love the experience here. It’s quiet, quaint and an intimate experience. They keep time slots well organized so it never feels busy or crowded. I love their new salt scrub room and the mud masks are nice added touch when you’re relaxing. I love that they have a one hour option, it’s the perfect amount of time for me to wind down after work and still squeeze in time for a nice dinner and time to relax. Definitely recommend solo or for a pair ❤️

We found this gem on the Dartmouth waterfront. I have been going to Sensea in Chester for years and love the Nordic thermal circuit experience, but Chester is more than hour away and takes all day for the experience. So, was looking for something close by. This was perfect. So close to home and convenient. It is situated right on the waterfront, in a great location.The staff was welcoming and friendly. Kirsty at the front desk was super helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything. Being a first time visitor to the spa, it was great to have all questions answered.
