Did regular physio. Heard about aqua physio for recovery from a total knee replacement. Had first session today with Lindsay at the Sportsplex. One-to-one, professional and personable. Finished it off with a soak in the hot tub. Recommend!

Been in a few times. I will be back again after my knee surgery. �
